Your Rights & Responsibilities

333dd ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legal agreement between you and 333dd.

By registering on 333dd or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

333dd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the revised Terms.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To use 333dd, you must be at least 21 years of age. The platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration, you declare that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are not currently located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are playing for yourself and with your own funds, not on behalf of anyone else;
• You are using this service voluntarily and of your own free will.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, 333dd reserves the right to suspend or close the account immediately, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 333dd support immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on 333dd are currently supported through the following methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank)

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal for all methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Occasional delays may occur due to the verification process or banking system issues.

3.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source. Using funds related to money laundering or any other illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. If suspicious financial activity is detected, 333dd is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.

3.5 Fees & Charges

333dd generally does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please refer to the details of the relevant offer.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
• No bonus can be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be applicable at the same time.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

333dd follows a strict policy against bonus abuse or bonus hunting. If suspicious bonus activity is detected, 333dd may cancel the bonus and review the account.

The 333dd VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on the user's play volume:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. 333dd reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game interface. All games available on 333dd are operated by third-party software providers and their outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Bet Cancellation

333dd reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to a technical error or a game provider system failure. The original amount of any cancelled bet will be refunded.

6.3 Cheating & Fraud

Any form of fraudulent activity, exploiting software errors, collusive betting, or any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be cancelled.

6.4 Sports Betting

333dd offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds displayed at the time of betting are subject to change and may be updated before an event begins. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

333dd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing a false identity or information;
• Operating multiple accounts;
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity;
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• A self-requested account closure (voluntary self-exclusion).

10.1 Limitation of Liability

333dd is not responsible for any loss caused by technical errors, internet connection disruptions, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided "as is".

All content on the 333dd platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 333dd or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Third-party game software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is the property of their respective owners and is governed by their own terms and conditions.
